Arnaud leads the firm’s executive committee and is a key decision maker on the European and Global equity strategies. He has over 30 years of experience in investing, specialising in European growth companies. He worked for Comgest for 27 years, from 1996 to 2023, where he was a lead portfolio manager of European equity strategies representing over €10bn of client assets. He was Chief Executive Officer of Comgest Global Investors from 2016-2023, Chief Investment Officer from 2015-2022 and an executive member of the group’s Board of Partners. He was also Chair of the Executive, Investment, and Sustainability Committees as well as the Comgest Foundation Board.

Arnaud started his career in 1989 as an Analyst at Banque Paribas, before joining Société de Bourse Oddo and then Generali as a Portfolio Manager. He holds a Master of Science degree from the ESSEC business school (France) and is a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF, Société Française des Analystes Financiers).

Alistair leads the firm’s investment team and is a key decision maker on the European and Global equity strategies. He has over 18 years’ investment experience specialising in European growth companies.
He worked for Comgest from 2012-2024 where he was a lead Portfolio Manager of European strategies representing over €10bn of client assets. He was also a member of the Investment Committee and the Comgest Foundation Board. He started his career in 2006 at Standard Life Investments in Edinburgh before moving to London to join Citigroup in 2009.

A British and French national, Alistair has a degree in Geography from Durham University and is a CFA® charterholder. He is a Professor at HEC Paris Ecole de Commerce.

Sébastien analyses corporate culture and stakeholder ecosystems across companies held within the Aecus portfolios and he is a member of the European equity portfolio management team. He has over 26 years’ industry experience spanning portfolio management, sell-side company analysis and responsible investment. In addition to his portfolio management role, Sébastien leads the firm’s corporate culture research and shareholder engagement strategy.

Sébastien started his career in 1998 at DWS as a buy-side analyst specialising in technology companies before joining Crédit Agricole where he was a Portfolio Manager responsible for a global technology fund. After roles with ODDO Securities and Groupama Asset Management extending into the responsible investment domain, he became Head of Responsible Investment at Comgest from 2013-2024 and was a co-lead Portfolio Manager of several European and Global equity portfolios. He was also a member of Comgest’s Investment and Sustainability Committees.

A French national, Sébastien graduated from the ESCP Business School in Paris in 1997, holds a post-graduate degree in financial engineering at Sorbonne University and is a SFAF (Société Française des Analystes Financiers) charterholder. He is completing an Executive PhD at Dauphine PSL focusing on “effective shareholder engagement” and teaches Sustainable Finance at a number of Paris business schools.

Fan Ye is a Portfolio Manager leading the Global Equity strategy at Aecus Partners. His global company research and idea generation also support the investment team’s European strategies.

Based in London, Fan has over 14 years of experience specialising in global equity, spanning both long only and long/short strategies. From 2022 to 2025 he solo managed a global long/short fund under the name of Ginkyo Asset Management, a firm he founded to manage assets for a group of private investors. Previously, he worked for Majedie Asset Management from 2012 to 2021, focussing on the Tortoise Fund, the UK Equity fund and the UK Focus fund, representing over £10bn of assets.

A Chinese national, Fan holds a Master of Science (Hons) in Astrophysics from the University of Cambridge. He is s a CFA® charterholder. A passionate mathematician, he is a former gold medal winner of the Singapore Mathematics and Chemistry Olympiads.

Jane leads the firm’s commercial activities and strategic development. She has worked in the industry for over 25 years in roles spanning investor relations, business development, marketing, accounting and finance with firms including Comgest, Antin Infrastructure Partners, Warakirri Asset Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
She worked with Comgest for over 10 years where she held roles including Head of Responsible Development, Global Consultant Relations, UK and US Investor Relations as well as contributing as a member of the firm’s Sustainability, DEI and Editorial Committees.

Jane is a dual Australian and French citizen. She graduated from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ).

Jean Lalau Keraly, representing Sarranier Capital*, works with Aecus Partners as Senior Investor Relations. Jean has over 22 years of industry experience, spanning roles in investor relations, multi-management, and engineering in Liability Driven structured solutions. Prior to working with Aecus Partners, he was head of the French institutional investor relations team at ODDO BHF AM. He joined ODDO BHF AM in 2021 following the acquisition of Metropole Gestion, where he was co-head of the investor relations team, partner and catering to US and European investors. Prior to Metropole Gestion, he worked for Barclays Wealth in Paris as French investor relations and in the multi-management team in London. He also worked in London at Morgan Stanley IM and Old Mutual Asset Manager, a quantitative hedge fund, in business development roles.

He began his career with the AXA IM group in 2003, working in Paris and then London on liability driven structured solutions. Jean is a French national, graduated from the EISTI engineering school in France and holds an MSc, Master of Science, in applied mathematics to finance.

Helen leads the firm’s internal and fund operations. She has 15 years experience in the investment management industry across a number of operational roles. Helen worked for Comgest from 2010 to 2024 where she was Chief of Staff to the CIO, managing the Investment Solutions and Analytics team and working alongside the firm’s investment teams. She was responsible for the external research budget, was co-Chair of the firm’s Investment Committee and was an advisor to the board of Comgest Growth Plc in Ireland. Prior to this role, she worked within Comgest’s Investor Services team, responsible for client communications and reporting, performance measurement and database management.

Helen started her career in project management and communications with roles at France Telecom and Société Générale. A dual British and French citizen, she holds a degree in French from Oxford University and a Master’s degree in International Project Management from the ESCP business school in Paris.
